Its a Worry
One of the residents of Cuesta de los Pinos contacted me yesterday to inform me that his solicitor had informed him the Junta had appealed the decision re Cuesta de los Pinos. That stated by one solicitor when the Council's solicitor says he hasn't heard of any appeal!
Somethibng is wrong here. I am to spend some time with the Polizia Local later this week and have told the Town Hall I want to get this matter clarified. Will post as soon as I get any more info.
