Tomorrows Court Case
I again discussed tomorrow's court case with Candido this morning. He is to discuss the case again this afternoon with the solicitors. On behalf of those involved I asked if the solicitor he had previously mentioned could act for all those at the hearing. He said he doubted that but he would ask. He again said that it would not really be necessary to have a solicitor at this stage but that that would be each individual's choice. The main thing we should be conveying to the courts is that as far as we are all concerned our houses are fully legal. We have all the necessary documentation and have only attended court as a result of being told to by the Police.

Hi Jim
Please take my reply in the vein it is meant as like you I am trying to help myself and other people through the mess we have been put in.
You are going to a court case not a meeting. You will probably not have the opportunity to start declaring that you have ‘legal’ paperwork, you will be asked to answer if you wish to register an interest or not. What seems to be at conflict between us is that I feel interest should be registered, you have been advised not. No a Solicitor would not be required tomorrow although I would advise anyone to seek legal advice as you should never accept in the position we have all been put into any advice that is basically coming from the source of our problem, (the Junta is not just the only source of the problem) bit like taking the builders solicitor really. What IMO you can do in any court of law is to ask them to explain the implications of what by stating you intention, i.e. to register interest or not; what rights that might give or take away from you. Be interested in the outcome and how many turn up!
